Primary rooms are located on opposite sides of the home, adding to the contemporary open floor plan while encouraging privacy. The focus of this spacious home is the beautiful in-ground pool!!! The space Open floor plan with two primary bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house. Guest access You have full Access to the entire house. Other things to note This Home is new to Airbnb and our goal is to maximize your enjoyment of our home. Certain rules are necessary to help us maintain the integrity of the property for future guests. House rules: House cannot be subleased at any point of your stay. All overnight guest are responsible for knowing and following house rules. Parking: Parking is free on the driveway. Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is allowed outside only. Strictly NO smoking inside the house. Damages: Please review and report any issues during check in. Inventory is accounted for after each stay. Notify owner of any Maintenence issue immediately. We take pride in our home and take maintenance seriously! Pets upon approval. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and an addition $300/ month rental fee for pet upon approval. Please ask- all things are negotiable. Note: There is no grassy area on the property- but it's a nice neighborhood for walks!
