The dock area will allow docking for your boat, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and large yard for activities and relaxing. This home features beautiful lake views from almost anywhere in the home. The private setting allows you to getaway without interruption. This home offers plenty room for a family or a few families to vacation. The main floor is open concept. It has 2 dining areas, living room, kitchen with island snack bar, laundry, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The spacious master features a king bed and large on-suite. The master bath offers both jacuzzi tub and shower. There are three additional bedrooms: one queen, one full bed, the 4th bedroom is complete with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen. The home has a large driveway with parking space for a total of (5) vehicles (trailers count towards the total of 5). Please be aware there is no additional parking. Vacationers are limited to the 5 unless other arrangements have been made with us. The home has both air conditioning and heating throughout. We provide all the necessities including: fresh sheets and bedding, towels, a fully outfitted kitchen, propane grill, patio furniture and firepit. Two kayaks, a canoe, Adirondak Chairs, and Cornhole will be available in the garage for your use. There is also a Pontoon Lift and standard V Bunk lift for you use. The home is west facing and with incredible sunsets over the lake all summer long! The home is located on the East Shore of Lower Hamlin. The location is hard to top.
