Sweet Suites MKE is a fully loaded three bedroom home built in 2006. It is located in a gentrified, urban area of Milwaukee, WI. Majority of the homes in this community are owner occupied, new reconstruction or habitat for humanity homes. None the less, the neighbors are respectful of others within the community. This home has been occupied by myself for the past 16 years. We have decided to give back to the community by transitioning the home into a fulltime Airbnb. The space At Sweet Suites MKE, you’ll experience comfort during your stay w/ one queen bed, one full size bed, one single- trundle bed (transitions to “king” bed) & 3 air mattresses for extra sleep space. Storage space and closets for clothing. Modern kitchen appliances and Dining table seats 6 with 2 additional stools, bathroom with tub and shower, washer & dryer, free WIFI! There are also extra bed linens, pillows, towels, cleaning supplies available. Everything in the home is yours to use except designated no access areas. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Smart TV features w/ apps like Netflix, Prime, and Hulu and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! We provide 2 car parking space located at the rear of the property. Street parking is available and free on weekends. 24/7 security system w/ cameras on North, East, West exterior sides of home. Front and rear porch lights and motion activated light in rear. *City of Milwaukee parking permits are required for street parking during the week. Guest access You can access Sweet Suites MKE anytime after 2pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcomed at your own discretion. Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system. However, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any issue arise. Other things to note Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name shown on your ID. This listing adheres to its STRICT cancellation policy We have strict 12pm checkout. If you’d like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 4pm at an additional $50 per hour charge. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you’d like to schedule! Absolutely NO Smoking in home or on premises ($500 fine) Sweet Suites MKE has a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. ($1,000 fine) To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The number of people in the home may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. Guests will be charged the listed fee (at time of booking) per additional guest per night for any additional guests. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest’s expense. Any and all damages, extra cleaning fees, additional guests, and policy/ house rule fines incurred by the guest will be the guests responsibility to provide full payment.
