HOLIDAY COTTAGE Renovated and decorated by me, Our Peaceful Chalet ***17 is Ideal for 4 people (we accept up to 5 people maximum). For more sharing and conviviality, a second identical chalet ***40 is available if you want to come in larger numbers (2 groups, up to 10 people)! Secure vacation residence with swimming pools from the 1st weekend of April to the last weekend of September (paddling pool for babies, a pool for little ones, and a pool for older children), 2 tennis courts, petanque, sports fields (football, basketball, volleyball, and skateboarding...). Minigolf in front of the residence, and many other activities nearby. Ondres is a peaceful village located between Hossegor and Biarritz. Enjoy the comfort of an entire holiday home and a great location between the Basque Country and the Landes, we are quiet and close to the beach and forest. Our Landes beaches are huge and peaceful, the moorland forest is one of the largest green lungs in Europe, ideal for beautiful walks under the songs of birds or cicadas. Our location is also ideal if you want to visit San Sebastián in Spain, or make a stop during your journey (to Spain, Portugal or to the North of France or Europe). On site and nearby, you will find all the necessary shops, supermarkets, restaurants and many activities. (more in high season) Bright and quiet, our chalets are comfortable and clean. We offer a free base to allow you to start a relaxing, leisure and discovery stay, and we leave it to you to bring everything that will be essential for you to have a great stay with us. FREE PARKING in a secure residence 1 private parking space is offered free of charge in front of each cottage for maximum comfort. Any additional vehicle must park on the Visitor sites. Free parking. SECURE RESIDENCE Secure access to the residence, it is maintained, planted and guarded by a guard all year round. Paid laundry - washing machine and dryer - open all year round located near the reception, in front of the pool. Open-access tennis courts all year round, and other activities like a foosball table and ping pong table! The private and secure pool is accessible from the 1st weekend of April to the last weekend in September (unheated pool, with sunbed and umbrella). Don't forget to bring all your amenities to make the most of all the infrastructure in the residence as in the area! DESCRIPTION I am also pleased to offer you the opportunity to enjoy your stay from your first day of vacation by arriving early. ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS Convenient access, Take Highway Exit 7 - Direction Ondres Take Avenue de la Plage - Direction Ondres Océan The Allée des Dunes Tourist Residence (last roundabout before the beach) is located just behind the Minigolf, on your right. We'll meet in front of the gate, and I'll accompany you to the chalet. - Check-in from 2 p.m. to enjoy your vacation from the 1st day (possibly around 12 p.m. depending on availability to be confirmed) Please let us know about 1 hour before your actual arrival according to the details of your GPS. Appointment scheduled in front of the residence gate. - Self check-in with lockbox, available in case of unavailability on my part and in this case, I will come later to meet you during your stay. * Try to get rid of sand on the beach or in the garden. * Unregistered pet: €50 per pet/stay. * Unregistered person: €50 per person/stay. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Apart from booking a cleaning service, we count on you to return the chalet as clean and tidy as you found it. Please report any damage in advance. Check-out memo: - have turned off all radiators in the bathroom, bedrooms and living room. - have cleaned, dried and stored everything you have used (equipment, dishes, etc.), the kitchen (hood, stove, microwave, countertop and backsplash), the toilet and bathroom (sink, bathtub, bathtub screen), etc. - sweep (or mop if necessary) the house and terrace. - have thrown all the garbage in the outside containers. - place the linen provided on the coffee table. - don't forget to return the keys. - Departure with inventory at 10:00 a.m. If your schedule requires a departure before 10:00 a.m., please specify. Tourist Office In the peak season, find more shops and artisans on the beach promenade (including a night market on Tuesdays) and a cow race every Monday in Ondres. As well as a grocery store, bakery, café in the campsite in front of the residence.
