The space L'Intemporel opened to travelers in July 2023 after 8 years of renovations. Located in the heart of the Hauts-de-France region, between Lille, Arras, and Belgium, the spacious living areas make it the perfect place to stay close to everything! The accommodation can sleep up to 12 people, ideal for family reunions, business trips, or weekends with friends. This property offers large living spaces, 4 to 5 bedrooms, a sofa bed on the ground floor, tasteful décor, a fully equipped kitchen, free access to Netflix/Prime Video, and private parking for 6 cars. Children and babies are welcome. Perfect for a short-term rental with friends or for business trips in the Hauts-de-France region. On 3 levels and partially on one level: On the ground floor: - The kitchen, dining room, and living room form a large open space of 60 m². - Bianca, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. - In the living room, when you draw the curtains, the comfortable sofa bed unfolds to become a real separate bedroom — a relaxation area during the day, a welcoming bed at night. Therefore, there are 4 sleeping spaces on the ground floor; you will be impressed by the available space. You have a large, enclosed 60 m² terrace facing south for enjoyable moments outdoors. On the 1st floor: - Verdé, a large bedroom with 4 single beds, or 2 double beds (on request), a bathroom and toilet on the same landing. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 large bedrooms: - Rosa with 2 single beds or 1 large 180 x 200 cm bed (on request) - and Néroli with 1 large 180 x 200 cm bed. We renovated this family home with modern materials while preserving its old-world charm. That's why, as a little anecdote, in some places the new parquet flooring follows the lines of the old one, which wasn't always perfectly straight... You'll feel right at home!
