We’ve poured a lot of love into it, and we’re so happy to share it with you. Please treat it kindly, just as you would your own home. Booking Age Requirement: Per HOA guidelines, the booking guest must be 21+. A quick ID check may be requested after booking — thank you for understanding. Guest Count: We want you to be comfortable! The home can host up to 6 adults, 2 small children, and 1 infant (children under 2 don’t count toward the limit). If you need room for another infant, just let us know. Who’s Staying: To keep things fair and safe, the person who books should be present for the whole stay. No subletting or third-party bookings, please. No Surprises: Reservations made under false pretenses may be canceled. As long as everyone is honest about who’s staying, you’ll be all set. Smoke-Free Home: For the comfort of future guests, no smoking, vaping, or hookahs inside or outside (including the porch/patio). The fresh, beachy air is all you’ll need! Peace & Quiet: We love good times, but no parties. Quiet hours are 11pm–7am (per HOA rules) so all guests and neighbors can rest easy. Parking & Vehicles: You’ll have 2 assigned parking spots. Please note the HOA does not allow boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles inside the community. Early check ins/ Late check out: You can request early check ins or late check outs for an extra $50 pending availability. Late check outs without authorization will be fined $100.
