The property is non-smoking and is located 90 metres from Pevensey Bay Beach. The Marlin Studio located at the rear of our beach home with countryside views. Featuring one large bedroom, tv, kitchen with an oven, microwave and two ring stove. Polished marble en suite with a shower. The property has an outdoor sitting area to relax and unwind by the sea The space A beautiful self contained studio space built in 2019 by the owners at the rear of our luxury beach house. We own our private beach that guests are more than welcome to use during the summer months. The large double bedroom has its own private entrance, a John Lewis king size bed, small kitchen for you to cook your own food, equipped with a full size oven, microwave and breakfast dining area. The Marlin has an en-suite polished marble bathroom with a shower. It's the perfect place for a get away holiday to unwind and enjoy fresh sea air. The studio has a beautiful fireplace for those cosy evenings tucked in watching television or reading your favourite book. We love animals so pets are welcome to join you for lovely walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets here are truly amazing. Guest access Guests have a key lock safe outside the entrance door to the left to enter The Marlin studio. During your stay We live in the main beach house on the beachside of our property. Please feel free to text us for any additional information or help. - my number is in the blue folder in the studio. Other things to note We welcome pets, but we do not allow pets on the bed thank you. Please bring your pets own towel, food and water bowls. The Marlin studio is literally a hop and a skip to the beach, where you can walk and enjoy the fresh sea air for miles.
