Description
A peaceful place to rest and sleep after a busy day. The room we offer is ideal for a single person who needs an overnight stay away from the hustle and bustle but is in within easy reach of public transport to the city centre, either by bus or tram. The room is ideal for a person away from home and needs a place to stay for business commitments. The room is very comfortable and peaceful . * A home cooked meal is available at an extra cost * ** Free parking on the road outside the property * The space We have a guest room available in our 2 bedroom apartment, the room is a lovely, quiet and peaceful space. My husband and I live here with our lovely 12 year old sociable cat Milo. We are unable to provide breakfast but there is a very nice cafe on the Rivelin Valley Nature trail, 5 minutes from our apartment. There are also several pleasant local pubs which provide good food at reasonable prices. We have one bathroom, which a shared space between us and our guest. Guest access The guest bedroom and bathroom are the main accessible spaces, though the kitchen can be used occasionally if necessary . During your stay We are very happy to chat with guests and welcome them into our home. We can also give help and information about our local area to anyone if they would like to know more. Other things to note Our apartment is a good size, though there are only 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a galley kitchen and one lounge, the guest bedroom is very comfortable but there is no separate lounge area for guests to use. There is a well lit path from the road to our property. The entrance to our apartment is on Rivelin Park Road. ** Public Transport (bus) is a 7 minute walk. The tram is a 12 minute walk **
