Guest access A gate is available to enter the community. This home comes with 2 parking spaces that are nearby. A vehicle is needed to in order to get to and from the property. Other things to note Magens Bay beach is 20 minute drive. The east end/ Red Hook area and Ferry to St. Joh is an estimated time of 30-35 minutes. Downtown Shopping and Restaurants is 20 minutes. Catering services will be allowed and must be approved in advance. All tables, flatware, china, dishes and glasses for the event must be provided by the caterer. Guest are held completely responsible for any damages or missing items.
