A cosy and stylish, beachy get away. A 15 min walk from the beautiful three mile stretch of golden beach in St Ives bay. Perfect location for beach lovers, surfers and coastal ramblers alike. The space A light open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with large patio doors is the perfect place to chat and socialise freely. You'll find the kitchen well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is perfect for relaxing with a comfy corner sofa, a log burner for a cozy evening, and a large wall mounted tv. There are two well proportioned bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other two single beds, and a lovely light family bathroom with a bath/shower. You'll have access to two private terraces, one accessible from the open planned living space and the other from the master suite, perfect for BBQing and alfresco dining, or enjoying a cup of coffee. When you get back from the beach there is a handy outdoor shower to wash yourself and your gear down. Guest access There is private parking in the driveway for 4 cars. St Ives bay beach is a 15min walk over the sand dunes. The local supermarket is a 2 min drive, and Hayle town is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk, with a decent selection of shops and restaurants. Access to the property is easy being 5 minutes off the A30.
