On the first floor is the living-dining room, a modern equipped kitchen as well as shower and toilet. The sofa set in the living room is extendable and can be used as a double bed. On the upper floor is the bedroom with large double bed, TV and reading chair. A sliding door in the living room takes you to the terrace, which invites you to linger in the shade. Guest access Experience privacy and comfort in our fully equipped house! This charming home is all yours during your stay, which guarantees you a quiet and peaceful vacation. With the entire house at your disposal, you have complete freedom and flexibility to feel at home. There are parking spaces in front of the property. Other things to note Public lake access is only 400 meters from the property. We provide our guests with two modern SUPs free of charge. If you are interested, we can organize a sea tour for you with our private e-motor yacht. Sailing on Lake Wörthersee is a must! We would like to invite you on a sailing adventure.
