The space The apartment features a huge living area with a dining area, and 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom,and a modern kitchen. A large living room connected to a dining area and divided by only a small central wall gives it a unique look. The kitchen is also connected to the living room. The sitting area comes with a 5-seat sofa and a LED TV for you to enjoy free time alone or with family. The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a smart TV, AC, and a small working area and a wardrobe cupboard. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, AC, and a working area with an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds, a LED TV, AC, as well as a fitted wardrobe. It also comes with attached bathroom. All bedrooms have windows that open up to a great view. The bathroom comes with all the amenities that a hotel has, but with a feeling of home away from home. Guest access Our place is Female friendly so no need to worry about security. Building has 24*7 security surveillance at entry and lobby area with security guard at every point. You can come and go as you Please, because there will always be someone 24*7 Personal Butler for helping you with your needs ( Breakfast as its complimentary from our side ) Other things to note I just wanted to remind you that throwing a party or having a get-together is not allowed in our apartment. We also ask that you refrain from playing loud music, screaming, or disturbing our neighbours. It's important that we all respect each other's space and privacy. This place is exclusively for Business and Family travellers who wish to have a second home in Mumbai City. If any inappropriate behaviour or violation of our House Rules is observed, we may have to politely refuse your booking. In addition, please note that our management team reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they have already checked in and are not following the rules. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer any refunds in such cases. Lastly, I'd like to remind you that only personal bags are allowed on the premises. Please refrain from bringing boxes, cartons, sacks, or furniture with you. Our apartments are not meant to be used as godowns, and we do not allow the storage of materials or goods.
