Get back to nature with this beautiful, secluded, private studio. Located 15 minutes from Abraham Lincoln’s birthplace and just 45 minutes from Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, and the famous Mammoth Cave National Park, the worlds largest cave system, you will have plenty to discover during your stay. The space Complete with a gorgeous queen sized bed, private bathroom, a reading nook, living room area with leather reclining couch, two tv’s with roku, a dining table, full size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with a coffee grinder. We provide a hot plate with pans, a toaster, can opener, and dishes. Please note that we do not have a traditional kitchen or kitchen sink. Our guests may carefully wash any dishes in the bathroom sink or we have an outdoor sink we can provide as requested. A drying dish rack, soap, and sponge are also provided. We also offer a queen size blow up mattress and linens if you so require. We have one bedroom with one queen bed, and one couch, as well as the optional blow up mattress for your sleeping needs. We look forward to making your stay an enjoyable experience! Guest access You will have access to the master bedroom, bathroom, main living area, and outdoor seating area. It should be noted that the only entrance to this residence is via the electric garage door using a keypad. The keypad is located to the left of the small garage door and is the only way into the living quarters. There is no regular entry door to the space. The living space is attached to a garage that guests do not have access to. The property shares a gravel drive way with another residence, however access is not permitted. The property is under surveillance to assure any rules are adhered to. There are multiple small trees planted in the grass and we ask that you do not drive or turn around in the grass areas. While we do live in a rural area, there are multiple neighbors with pets that stay outside, and to avoid any potential issues we require you keep your animal on a leash while outdoors. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note There is a pillow top memory foam mattress on the bed in the bedroom and we also have a comfy inflatable queen sized air mattress available for extra sleeping arrangements in the living room if needed. (Total of 2 queen sized beds) Just let us know ahead of time if you will need the air mattress so we can have it and linens ready for you.
