The English seaside at its very The space This is a lovely big Victorian property with a couple of pretty big extensions. The result is a feeling of space and light and even fully occupied it does not feel even remotely crowded. A generous lounge, spacious dinning room that can sit 19 people, big galley kitchen (we have had 6 people in it cooking at once), and a patio for overspill. We have designed the space for multigenerational living... and multiple families... it will make sense when you are in the property. Guest access The whole house, patio and garden are all for you. The garden and patio are also direct access from the street so coming back from the beach you can avoid entering the house if you wish. It is step free paved access to the beach which is a little step in some parts. Other things to note Put the key from the keysafe back in the keysafe -- and share the keysafe code with all the guests. WHY? 1. that way everyone has access to a key and access the the property 2. the front door automatically locks when it closes! If you lock yourself out, worst case you'll be waiting for an expensive locksmith.
