We rent out our house in Stavern in week 27-30. With 8/10 beds and 210 sqm there is room for 2 families! Our home is conveniently located with proximity to beaches, Foldvik family park, Larvik Golf Course, the coastal path and everything the summer town of Stavern has to offer. We have traveled a lot with the children and want to offer a somewhat unique and flexible rental concept if you want to save yourself space or come from far away. We offer extra rental of kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles if desired. The space Rented to orderly people, preferably families with children, but adults traveling as a large group of friends can also be considered. In the last pictures we have included floor plans of the relevant parts to give a good overview of the house's floor plan. On the 1st floor you have: * Hallway with 2m coat rack, shoe cabinet and 2 dressers that are made available for storage * Kitchen and dining room * A bedroom with a double bed + TV and desk * A small toilet * Terrace 2nd floor: * 2 children's bedrooms with 2 double beds and desk * 1 children's bedroom with junior bed * 1 master bedroom with ensuite solution and private bathroom (with bathtub) - From the master bedroom and living room there are doors to a balcony with * small garden lounge sofa (…to enjoy the morning coffee) where we can also set up a hammock The terrace consists of a large dining area with gas and pizza oven. Double lounge sofas and hot tub. Outside there is also a dollhouse for play. In the basement you also have 1 laundry room of 12 sqm for good storage. Here you have a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and with tableware for 8-10 people. The dining table is 3.2 m and a high chair can be borrowed on request. Other things to note RENTAL PRICES: Week 27: NOK 25,000 per week (Stavern Festival) Week 28-29-30: NOK 20,000 per week Rent only on a weekly basis.
