Parking for 2 cars available inside compound walls, if more, then cars can be parked on outside road. b. Please note, this place is around 19kms from Karjat and Neral Stations. Hence, if you are not coming by own cars, you need to take rickshaws. We have some contacts for local rickshaw drivers and cab drivers, same shall be shared post booking. We don't have any connect with these drivers. c. Please note, we do not provide accommodation or any other facilities for drivers and staff. d. Home cooked food is available on order and can be delivered to the villa. We will share the details of them. Also, our caretaker cooks food at their place, order need to be given in advance. You can discuss with caretaker directly post booking. There are few restaurants and eateries available nearby, they deliver food to the villa. Please note, Zomato and Swiggy not available in this place. e. You can personally use our kitchen to cook light meals, if you want, however you need to bring your own grocery. f. This place is little away from main market, so either bring all required items while coming or its better you have your own vehicle. g. This is in remote area in village, there are chances of electricity shutdown during bad weather. We have invertor installed on which few lights and fans can run for 4-5 hours based on your usage, but please note that the AC and geysers will not function during backup. We are not responsible for power outages, as these are beyond our control. Additional House Rules: 1. Check-in: 1:00 PM or later | Check-out: 11:00 AM or prior. 2. ID Required: All guests must present a valid government ID at check-in. 3. Payment: Balance payment and a refundable ₹2,500 security deposit are required at check-in. 4. Smoking: Not allowed inside the villa. 5. Parties: Party poppers are not allowed inside the villa. Please maintain noise levels. 6. Substance Restrictions: Strictly no drugs, paan, gutka or tobacco are allowed on the property. 7. Damages: Any damage to the property or crockery will be charged. 8. Electricity Usage: Turn off all appliances when not in use. 9. Swimming Pool: Help us maintain the pool’s cleanliness by avoiding food or drinks inside. 10. Plucking Flowers/Fruits: Not allowed to preserve the natural surroundings. 11. Insect Control: The villa is in a natural setting, so insects may enter. Regular pest control is conducted, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings.
