Step up to the plate and enjoy on our centrally located 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment/guest suite with kitchen, living room (with futon acting as second sleeping space) and dining room with decor of America's favorite past time, perched above a baseball bat manufacturing shop paying homage to the baseball theme. Only a short drive into West Chester borough, Exton, and Downingtown, you’ll be centrally located for all things dining, entertainment and shopping. The space You’ll hit a home run with our baseball-themed oasis. Your reservation includes 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with new stand up shower, walk in closet, efficient kitchen, living area with couch (futon -this is used as the second bed), dining room and 2 adirondack chairs on front deck all accessible through a private entrance. The ‘Upper Deck’ unique apt suite is entirely yours during your stay, however it is connected to our main house. Guests will have to walk up flight of exterior stairs to get to separate guest entrance. *Our listing was briefly taken offline for personal reasons; in the interim, we've updated backsplash in kitchen, bathroom with new stand up shower and toilet and bedroom decor. Guest access - 1-2 Parking spots in driveway - Entire guest suite is yours through private entrance. *Guests will have to walk up front steps to access entrance. - Backyard is off limits at all times. We do own 2 dogs. (You could also hear dog barking from time to time because this is their house too!) - If it’s raining or wet, please be careful on steps and wood deck. It can be slippery so walk slow. Other things to note Things to consider before booking: - No animals allowed. - No smoking allowed. - Guest suite is attached to main house but there is a separate entrance off front deck. The door between our foyer and your dining room will be locked at all times during your stay. You might be able to hear dogs out back. - If wet, front steps can be slippery. Walk slow with caution. - Driveway is shared with owner and renter. - Air conditioning listed, will be window units in bedroom and dining room. - Only 1 bedroom with a queen bed.
