The room size is 7 feet 9 inches by 12 feet 10 inches. The listing is not suitable for infants and toddlers. Guest access Please be mindful that other guests are staying on the property. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with other guests. At all times, please be mindful of noise and close doors quietly, take loud or lengthy phone calls outside, listen to music with ear buds rather than outloud. During your stay I am a local owner so I am available to address any issues quickly and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note No unregistered guests or visitors allowed on the property as they are not covered under the Airbnb host insurance. However, it is ok for someone to help you bring in your luggage. For your comfort and safety and those of other guests, please follow these etiquettes: -Smoking is allowed outside, away from the entrances and windows. -Please leave your footwear at the door to help keep the floors clean. -Leave the shower liner inside the tub to prevent water spillage and splashes on the floor. The exterior curtain of the tub should be left on the exterior. -Please rinse the the sink and shower in the bathroom after use. -No deepfrying in an open pan. -Personal items must not be left in the common areas, including in the bathroom and kitchen. -Do not dispose of cooking oil and fats in the sink. It will clog the drain. -Clean the kitchen after you have completed your meal. Dishes are to be rinsed and put in the dishwasher. -After 10 pm, the kitchen is only accessible for light cooking (making sandwiches, single serve meals in the microwave, reheating leftovers, preparing snacks, use of the toaster).
