There is a master bedroom with its own bathroom. The next room has a double bunk bed and an expandable bed for one or two people. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps one or two people and a social bathroom Shower included There is a very cozy fireplace to enjoy at night Guest access You can use the entire first floor, as well as the shared green area (which is also used by the second floor), and the ramp where the parking lot is located. Other things to note 🚗 Parking and Access • The property has one private parking space on the premises for one vehicle only. • Important parking information (inside the garage): The access to the parking area has a steep ramp. It is recommended only for vehicles with good ground clearance. Low-profile cars may experience difficulties. • The access road and the parking ramp have a pronounced slope, therefore driving with caution is recommended. • The vehicle must have a properly functioning handbrake. • During the rainy season, the access may be slippery. • The property is located in a natural environment, with access via a dirt and stone road. • A 4x4 vehicle is not mandatory, but the car must be in good mechanical condition and suitable for driving on slopes. 🚘 Additional Parking Options • Additional vehicles must be parked outside the property, at the guests’ responsibility. • For greater tranquility, an alternative parking space is available approximately 30 meters from the cabin, near the neighbor, for an additional fee of $3 per night. Reserve at least 2 days in advance. 🔥 Barbecue Use • There is no permanently installed grill on-site. Guests are welcome to bring their own grill. • Grills may only be used in the garden area near the fire pit. • For safety reasons, barbecues are not permitted inside the pergola or inside the wooden cabin.
