This small architect-designed villa built in 2021 is 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the heart of Montpellier. With large openings and a nice ceiling height, swimming pool and terrace, this villa will offer you incredible comfort during your stay in Montpellier. The space The private shaded exterior under the pine trees allows you to enjoy the summer (and the cicadas), by the pool with a 60 m2 wooden terrace. Barbecue and outdoor dining area to live indoors/outdoors. On the ground floor, a very well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For nighttime, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. A desk area in one of the bedrooms offers a comfortable teleworking space if needed, with good internet connection. The house is located in a quiet area. Montpellier city center is accessible by Tramway L2. The beaches are a 15-minute drive away, the airport is also 15 minutes away.
