This suite SHARES PARKING in ROW with 2 other suites. Guest access In the laundry area, you have access to adjust/turn on/off the boiler, iron, clothes drying rack, broom and mop, in addition to drinking water (jug). **The washer and dryer are for staff use only, NOT AVAILABLE to GUESTS** Other things to note - Check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Check-in after 1:00 PM. - NO THIRD-PARTY RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED, if applicable, we reserve the right of admission, without the option of a refund. - We have a 24/7 recording camera circuit pointing to the entrance, parking lot and street, this is for everyone's safety and to prevent the entry of unregistered guests.
