Our side by side duplex is centrally located which means you are minutes away to the Avenir Center; the Coliseum; both hospitals; Champlain Place; the Casino; and a variety of restaurants. Our space is bright and clean which makes it a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The space Once you step through the front door you are in the open living room and kitchen. You can see the workspace, dining room and main floor bedroom from this vantage point as well. The main bath is also on this level. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom and linen closet with extra bedding and camping cot if needed. Down the first set of stairs you will find the backdoor to the SHARED back deck. Going further down the stairs is where you will find the laundry room and half bathroom.
