This private room is ideal as a base for visiting Venice or for attending an event or conference for a few days. The city will offer you the possibilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner and here you can come back to relax in the external courtyard. You will be independent from the house on the first floor. The room has a private and independent entrance, bathroom with shower and washing machine available. The space The space consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and TV. The French door of the bedroom leads to the small external courtyard with table and chairs, sink and relaxation area. Guest access Guests will enter a shared main entrance, then their own independent entrance door which will lead into a small corridor which leads to the bathroom and bedroom. The French door of the bedroom leads to the external courtyard. During your stay We will be happy to provide you with all the useful information to easily reach the house. Check-in and check-out will be autonomous, by means of automatic access with a reserved code, to give you full freedom of arrival and departure times and without the "thought" of the keys during your stay. We will assist you at every stage of access, if necessary, by contacting us by phone, message or e-mail. In case of need, our trusted lady will be available. We speak Italian, English and a little Spanish. Other things to note TOURIST TAX – MUNICIPALITY OF VENICE: On the check-in day we will send you the receipt for the payment of the city tax that we ask you to leave cash in the house before leaving. Every single guest of the apartment must pay a tourist tax established by the city of the Lido of Venice of € 4.00 per person, per night. In low season (January) the installment is 2.80 euros. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from the tax. For children aged between 11 and 16 the tax is 50% less, per night. It is a tax due only for the first 5 nights of stay.
