(IF NOT PAID IN APPS BOOKING) • Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 12PM. • Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check out as follows: • Before 3 pm – RM100 • After 7 pm – full day charge • For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges. • In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the premise during their stay. All guests are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am. • The following activities/ consumptions are not allowed inside the homestay premise: • Durians, Manggosteen, Smoking, Drug, alchohol drink, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia • No Pets are allowed. • No Smoking is allowed within the premise. Any smoking inside the house will result in penalty of RM200. • No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposed for any shoe marks found on the floor. • Any illegal activities & vandalism in the common area will be reported to Police or authorized department. • Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulation set by the owner, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facility. • Lost or damage of gate and house access keys will attract a fee of RM100. • The premise should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM100 will apply if the house is left in a dirty and messy condition. • Any breakage or damage of any equipment and/ or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list. • The management will not be responsible for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence. • Guests are requested to park their vehicle within the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.
