This condo is located in the popular Snowbrook Village development! Located on Sugarloaf, this 1 bedroom condo is only minutes to the Carrabassett River, Golf Course, Outdoor Center, Shops & Restaurants. Relax with a cup of coffee & enjoy the views of the pond just outside your door! The kitchen is stocked & the living room is cozy! There are family games under the Smart TV, washer/dryer and Wifi! Snowbrook offers x country trails, an indoor pool & outdoor tennis court (not affiliated with us) The space Welcome to 2657 AlderBrook located in Snowbrook Village! This is a non-smoking, one bedroom condo with a queen pull-out sofa and only sleeps a total of four people. Please do not exceed this number. This is a lower unit, follow the road up until you see Alderbrook on your right hand side. Go to the last building (#14). Although the condo is only one bedroom, it is very cozy and welcoming. You will enter into the long hallway with the bedroom being on the right hand side.The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of closet and bureau storage for your clothing and gear. There is a full bathroom with bathtub and a washer and dryer for your use as well. The kitchen and living room is an open concept style and has a big picture window in the living room bringing in natural light. You have beautiful views from the living room with the Snowbrook Pond! Enjoy the Wifi, Smart TV and there are plenty of family games stored under the TV for your entertainment as well! Guest access Guests has access to the entire condo. Please remember you are in a homeowners condo and to respect their property or any personal items you may find. Snowbrook Condos have a pool house and a tennis court available for your use. Please check the schedule prior to your booking as we have no control over the association rules. Need help finding something to do in the area?! Check out some ideas below, you will want to contact business for hours and rates. -Antigravity Center (located at the bottom of the access road) just a mile away! Enjoy an open gym for basketball, walking around the track, the full exercise room, skate park, trampolines & climbing walls! -Narrow Gauge Pathway is a rail trail which hugs the east bank of the scenic Carrabassett River. The trailhead is located directly across from the access road. Great for walking your dogs (on a leash) or exploring. -Sugarloaf Disk Golf is located at the base of the Mountain (1 mile away) -Sugarloaf Golf Course is located on West Mountain (1.5 miles away) -Hiking various trails around the area, Burnt Mountain, Cranberry Peak & More. -Flagstaff Lake Scenic Boat Tours located in Eustis (get a tour of the old history of Flagstaff) -The Bison Ranch located on route 16 off the Kennebago Road- The hutch is open MOST Saturdays but you can always see the Bison from the roadside. On your way there, you can moose watch! -Sugarbowl Bowling Alley is located just a few miles away in Carrabassett. They have a restaurant, bar, arcade, bowling & golf simulator. Other things to note We work really hard to make sure you have a good experience while vacationing at one of our properties. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
