Any sort of disruption to the neighbourhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, will result in fines or shut down and eviction of your stay. On The main floor you have a family room, living room, dining area, kitchen, powder kitchen, patio with bbq and lounge sofas, powder washroom, and a laundry room. On the second floor you have 4 bedrooms with 2 private washrooms and 1 shared washroom! 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds and 1 bedroom has a king. There is 1 suite below with long term tenants. Your entire space is private and not shared with them. The backyard is a shared space during with summer months with the tenants staying in the basement. However, they don’t have access to the back porch. There is an adjustable basketball hoop in the backyard, and the front yard is full of beautiful flowers! Since it is a very quiet neighbourhood, you can play any sport in the front yard or on the road. We do! You can park up to 4 cars on the driveway and one on the street! Guests can access the house by the keypad with a custom code. Other things to note Guest Verification Required: For the safety of our home and all guests, we require the following before releasing check-in details: 1) Government-issued Photo ID This is standard practice for professional hosts and also required by our insurance Your ID is stored securely and never shared Your can review Airbnb's policy on this here: www.airbnb.com/help/article/1170#section-heading-2-0 As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm. The neighbours have complained and they will call the police with any disturbances and/or drunken screaming in the middle of the night. You will be evicted! Some of the closets, the garage and the basement are locked with our belongings, please do not access them. Fines will be applied if anything goes missing. $1000 fine for each undeclared guests will be charged. For violating the "No Party" rules and/or noise complaints from the neighbours, there will be a fine of $2,500. The neighbours will call the police and you will be evicted if the noise is not kept down outside after 10PM. Additionally, this $1000 fine can be implemented for any House Rules that are broken.
