Heated pool & family calm near event gardens

Small cozy and smart home full of good vibes with extra attention to details. Fits 6 adults (+2 kids): 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace with: sofa, desk, hammoc and unique illumination. WiFi 6 everywhere, 4K smart TV with sync illumination, Alexa, heated pool at 23-28° temp, 100% equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in each room, memory foam mattresses and pillows, super soft microfiber sheets. Beautiful plants and the shadow of a tabachín (tree) in the small patio. The space We have more plants than bedrooms and bathrooms combined. We put a lot of attention to details and constantly push ourselves to improve the small house (what you can see today could be better tomorrow that you return). The illumination is something that we consider essencial to create the perfect vibe and because of that we have installed tons of improvements, such as: lights in the terrace with a warm led light, the TV has special lights that know what is happening in the screen and syncs the colors, an indirect warm light in the living room that also synchronizes with the screen colors to boost the experience, the bathrooms have motion sensors and so they do a few beds. The tableware and cooking utensils are the same ones we own in our own home to pamper our guests with delicious meals. Guest access - When you arrive at the development, you must show an ID and indicate the address you are going to. - You have 1 parking space available but you can park more cars before the 2nd gate (also within the secured premises). Other things to note IMPORTANT: in Jun/Oct (rainy season) the pool could be closed Mondays and, if needed, Tuesdays. This entirely depends on the weather the previous week/weekend. - Please, before doing your reservation, take your time to read the 'additional rules' at the bottom of this listing as we mention details you have to consider during your stay. - The pool, wading pool, lounge chairs and grill are shared with the neighbors.
