It's all possible from our lovely penthouse at Blue bay! The space There is a large balcony that can be entered from the living room annd the master bedroom. And there is a top roof balcony on the second floor. The living room is very spacious, with a large open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven-microwave and a large fridge-freezer with filtered water and ice cubes. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a regular filter coffee machine, a toaster and a good blender to make a smoothie, for example. There is a 6-seater dining table with chairs that were reupholstered in May 2023. There is an intercom screen next to the front door on which you can see who is at the door downstairs. There is also an air conditioner here. The open staircase in the living room leads to the top floor. There is a spacious sitting area with a sofa that was reupholstered in 2023. In the sitting area is also an air conditioner. International channels can be reached on the television. Formula 1, football and other sports competitions for example are all available to watch. The sliding doors lead to the large balcony. The two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and the laundry room can be reached from the living room. Bedroom 1: This bedroom has entrance to the balcony, amazing sea view, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a desk and a bathroom with bath and rain shower with a view over the golf course. In addition to blinds, this room also has blackout curtains and (like every bedroom) plenty of cupboard space. Bedroom 2: This bedroom has air conditioning, a desk, a television with all channels (from the end of June 2023) and a bathroom with rain shower. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom. There is a safe in the closet in this room. Bedroom 3: From the living room you can take the stairs to the top floor. This floor can be closed with a door. On the top floor is a spacious bedroom with air conditioning and a double sofa, a private top roof balcony with amazing view and a large bathroom with rain shower. A hair dryer is available in this bathroom. Laundry room: In the laundry room there is a washing machine (2023) and a dryer (2022). There is also a laundry rack here. And behind the sliding wall is an ironing board and iron. The swimming pool is only accessible to residents and guests of Blue Emerald. There are sunbeds and seats and there is a beautiful view over the sea. There is no supervision at the pool. Guest access Entire penthouse Other things to note The total airbnb prices are including: - Use by 4 people (for more than 4 people, 15 euros per person per night will be added) - Free access to the beach, including the use of beach beds - Free use of the tennis court - Free use of a parking place close next to the appartment building - 25 kWh electricity per day (corresponds to normal use by 6 people) - 0.5 m3 of water per day (corresponds to normal use by 6 people) - bed linen, kitchen towels, tea towels and for every person a beach towel and some shower towels. You can use the washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels will be changed during the interim cleaning (applicable for stays londer than 7 night). - A mandatory final cleaning of 150 euros (3 nights or longer) or for a short stay 100 euros. These costs are part of the Airbnb bill - 7% tax The airbnb prices are excluding: - For stays longer than a week, a mandatory intermediate cleaning of 100 euros. Beds and towels are changed, bathrooms are cleaned and mopped. The day & time of this interim cleaning will be agreed with you by the manager. The costs for this extra cleaning moment can be paid on the spot. - Any car rental - More use of electricity (0.5 euros per kWh) and water (8 euros per m3) than is included in the nightly rate. If this is exceeded, you will receive a payment request from the owner immediately after your stay. At the beginning and end of your stay, the manager will check the meter with you.
