Stylish and bright apartment

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a beautiful listed half-timbered house from 1840 in a small village. It is spacious and bright and offers beautiful views of the large surrounding garden. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with partly antique furniture and contemporary art on the walls. In the garden, there is a private area for our guests on a meadow under apple trees to sit and relax. The space The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and can only be reached via stairs. We live with two children on the first floor and are always happy to help you with any questions. Behind the front door is a hallway from which the apartment and our apartment depart separately. We are non-smokers and do not have any pets. The house stands on a plot of almost 8000 square meters with a lot of natural garden, old oaks, fruit trees and a pond. From the courtyard there is an unobstructed view to the west of the meadows and fields with great evening moods. A real rural idyll awaits you and it is amazing how lively and diverse the flora and fauna in our garden is. Depending on the season, you can expect migrating cranes and storks, a calling cuckoo, croaking frogs, bats in the evening sky and an impressive starry sky at night ... and of course not to forget: in between a lot of peace, inspiration and relaxation. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and a sleeping niche with a bed 140 x 200 cm. The bed in the alcove stands against the wall, so it is only accessible from one side. Thus, it is probably most suitable for individuals, cuddly couples or maybe the children. In the kitchen there are actually all the utensils needed for cooking and baking. A gas stove with electric oven, kettle and a French press coffee pot are available for you. In the front area of the property, on a meadow under apple trees, you will find your own area with garden furniture for sitting, eating and relaxing. The rear areas of the large garden (including the pond and another former stable building) as well as the terraces at the house are unfortunately not accessible to our guests. This beautiful large courtyard with the old buildings on it is a life project for us that we are realizing piece by piece - here and there the courtyard still has its rough edges.
