Grand Central Apartment

The apartment is on Central Ave which is a main tourist attraction and minutes to downtown St Petersburg and the new Pier. You can head to the beaches during the day which are just a few minutes away and in the evening stroll down Central Ave and experience all the eateries and night life. There are cafe/wine bars adjacent to this apartment in case your up for a no fuss meal. Central Ave also offers bike, golf carts, mini scooters rentals and there is bus/trolley to get around. The space The Apartment was remodeled to improve the guest stay. This apartment is a mixture of old and new. All lighting was upgraded to LED. Air conditioning was upgraded to handle the Florida heat. All the appliances were replaced with stainless steel and we upgraded the furnishings again to make our guests stay more enjoyable. The original 1948 hardwood floors, doors and trim remain. This is an old house that has commericial in the front and guest apartment in rear. It is old construction with updates. Our guests are really going to enjoy being able to walk to many of the resturants, bars, cafe that are adjacent to this apartment. It's really an enjoyable street to stay on. Guest access You will be able to use the whole apartment for your stay. I do have limitation on the outside after 9pm as I have other tennats in the back of the building that do not want to be disturbed after hours. In addition I only have 1 parking space for this unit but there is plenty of on street parking for additional cars Other things to note Please note I only have parking for 1 car off street. There is free street parking in 2 hr increments on Central Ave and unlimited on 29th street and Central Ave. Please note this is an old structure that has been remodeled. It is not new construction so the floors can creek and doors can squeak. There is new construction in the area so you may hear or see construction taking place at various times during the day. We provide 4 beach chairs and umbrella in case you decide to head to the beach. We also have 2 different types of coolers available to keep your drinks cool. Loft MAY NOT be suitable for young children or individuals that can't climb/descend the 9ft ladder or move it into position. Loft is BONUS SPACE and not part of the official sleeping areas. Bedrooms are the official sleeping areas for the listing. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. No jumping from loft or horse play. Railing is a preventitve measure. SMALL CHILDREN or INCAPABLE PERSONS NOT ALLOWED ON LOFT. Parential supervision recommended for all ages. (Please review ALL listing Pictures) ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have basic spectrum cable TV and Wifi. We do not have paid TV channels. We have 2- 30" smart TV in each bedroom and a 30" smart TV in the living room We supply body soap, shampoo and conditioner for a limited stay up to 5 days. We do not restock for longer stays. There is a Walmart within walking distance if you need supplies. All our cleaning supplies, linens, sheets and toilet paper are purchased from either this Walmart, Sams Club or Amazon. They are purchased based on availability, price, and design. Please note there is a commercial office tenant in the front of the building and a rear residential apartment in the rear of the building. Please be considerate of them. Trash dumpsters are in the alley and any of the unlocked ones are available to use to discard trash. We do not offer a welcome basket to guests We do not allow deliveries from Amazon, UPS , Fed-Ex. Guests are responsible for third party deliveries- door dash, pizza deliveries, etc.
