The house has 2 Bath and 3 BR with 6 beds and a sofa bed, good for 7-10 guests, a terrace where you can enjoy some company while watching the sunrise! An entertainment room where you can hang out, sing karaoke, and play some board games, and a medium sized in ground SWIMMING/LOUNGE POOL. The house has 4 AC units and an additional 2 electric fans to ensure your comfort. We installed 5 CCTV’s outdoor for security purposes. The KITCHENS on both floors are equipped with a cooking range, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser for cooking and drinking, rice cooker, microwave, dinnerware, pots and pans and other basic kitchen utensils, so, you can enjoy home cooking and dining like it’s your own home. The LIVING ROOM on both floors has a full HD Smart TV. We have PLDT internet connection within the entire house to make sure you are always connected. The ENTERTAINMENT ROOM on the basement floor is fully air conditioned, it has 50’’ Smart TV UHD, Speaker, a microphone for Karaoke, dart board, and some board games. The LOUNGE POOL is 4 feet deep with a water fountain, a water pump and changing colored lights to give you more relaxation and an aesthetic view. For safety, we have life jackets for little ones, and a floating tube for lounging. - The basement/entertainment room, and the pool area are available from 7AM-10PM.
