Welcome to Quai des Verts, a 2-room apartment ideally nestled on the Caen peninsula, a stone's throw from the city center and only 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre. Explore Caen's historical treasures and captivating atmosphere, or venture out to the landing beaches. Located on the 4th floor with an elevator and a private parking space, our apartment offers a perfect base for your tourist or professional adventures in Normandy. The space Discover the charm of Quai des Verts, an apartment ideally nestled just a short walk from the vibrant heart of Caen. This gem of a layout, with refined decor, offers an incomparable experience. The apartment is a haven of comfort, with an impeccable bathroom, an elegant living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine). The sofa bed invites you to relax, while the dining table and private balcony offer you moments of conviviality. The bedroom has quality bedding (140/200). Bed linen, towels and welcome kit are provided for a warm welcome. As a reminder, we provide a welcome kit including: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a dose of shower gel/shampoo per person, hand soap, a pod of coffee, tea, sugar per person per stay. In addition, each bed will be equipped with a duvet cover, a fitted sheet, pillowcases. We also provide one bath towel per person per stay, a bath mat for each bathroom and a dish towel for the kitchen. WIFI Guest access You rent the entire apartment, so you will be the only one with access to the entire place. No rooms or amenities are shared. Other things to note Les Quai XIX is a premium luxury residence in the process of being completed. Exemplary behavior is therefore expected from its occupants.
