As you ascend the stunning spiral staircase, you'll find yourself in the loft, a delightful space perfect for kids or additional guests. The loft has a full bed, and two twin beds. The outdoor space of Starlight Cabin is a picturesque and inviting area that is perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The centerpiece of this outdoor retreat is a large deck that's perfect for stargazing and relaxation. Adjacent to the deck, there is a dedicated fire pit area that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. This fire pit area is thoughtfully designed to promote camaraderie and create a warm, cozy ambiance during cooler evenings. Guests can gather around the crackling flames, share stories, roast marshmallows, and enjoy each other's company in a peaceful and enchanting setting. To complement the fire pit experience, a park-style charcoal grill is available nearby. When staying at Starlight Cabin, it's important to be mindful of water usage due to the unique situation of not being on city water. Water is held in tanks under the deck. The water is collected from rainwater and delivered by the fire department when nature can't keep up. We monitor the water levels to know when a delivery is needed. We recommend bringing your own drinking water or using the Berkey water filter provided in the kitchen for filtering water. While a regular car can access the property most of the time, we highly recommend a 4-wheel-drive vehicle for smoother navigation during inclement weather. The Cabin is situated in a developing neighborhood, which means that there might be some noise due to construction or other activities associated with the area's development.
