Swiggy, Zomato and a restaurant(menu available in the property) nearby delivers to our place. * 5 Car parking space (with 2 covered parking) * Lots of fruit and flower bearing trees and plants. * 24/7 Power and water (& hot water) facility. * WIFI Enabled * Beautiful Pergola sit-out for family and a big lawn. * Strictly for families, vegetarian only , No smoking, no Alcohol and no illicit relationships in this premise. * A peaceful place for remote working, Yoga and Meditation practioners away from the hustle and bustle of the city. * 1 servant quarters with bed and bathroom is available on request for guests who come with drivers or servants. Please note this is purely a humane courtesy extented free of cost for your helps to have good sleep and complete basic morning chors. If you like to avail this facility you have to make prior request before check-in, to keep it ready. Please don't expect luxuries here and ensure drivers and helps are educated to not indulge in alchoal, non-veg and unhygienic practices like throwing garbage in the adjacent community plots bringing disrepute to us. Often times it has taken more time to clean the servant quarters than the actual property on airbnb forcing us to think of stopping this courtesy. * No pets please - We thoughtfully stopped it. Thanks to few unruly guests because of their carelessness, pets had damaged the property while they were left lonely unattended for hours while annoying our neighbors with their continuous barking. * Please note this is a pious spiritually enriching place, 5 star rated airbnb/homestay by the guests (Don't mistake it to 5 star hotel) and don't set false expectations for yourself with 5 star hotel expectations. What is listed is what you get, Kindly go through the listing and guidelines before booking. While we continually strive to enrich guest experience. Guest access Full property will be available for one set of guests/ families, so that they can enjoy it privately. No shared accommodation to different set of guests at a time. We request guests to please use it responsibly. Per government regulation all guests(including kids) have to mandatorily bring government identity proof for verification without fail and deposit a copy during check-in. This is non negotiable. This is exclusively for family stay and can enjoy the property and it's fruits, veggies, Paan/Beatle leaves, flower bearing trees and plants. Other things to note Important instructions and guidelines. 1. Please do not keep the doors open to avoid mosquitoes. All the windows have mesh. However we have placed Mosquito repellents (including kids version) next to the first aid kit. 2. Fruits, Veggies and Flowers grown in the garden are for the guests but please use them appropriately, handle them gently and do not waste. 3. Kindly adhere to the check-in 2:00 PM and Check-out 12:00 PM times for us to serve you and all guests better and keep the premises clean and tidy. 4. Please leave all your footware outside the house, in the footwear stand as the deities reside inside. 5. Please keep the front gate closed to avoid entry of stray dogs. 6. Use only filter water for cooking, making tea or drinking 8. Don’t leave kids unattended near stair rails, water Sump, pool or in the garden area. 9. For Essentials bbnow (bigbasket) provides 30 minutes door delivery like wise Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Ola services are available . Only specified/confirmed number of guests at the time of booking will be allowed at the time of check-in. Everyone should carry their national photo ID cards for verification. Additional guests beyond capacity 8 adults will not be entertained for security and operational rrasons. 11. Servant quarters for Drivers/maids will be provided only on prior request. We are not charging extra for this service , it is a courtesy extension for his/her peaceful sleep and basic morning chors. Please keep us informed before, if you want to avail this facility, so that it is kept ready. 12 And finally and very importantly this is our vacation home for spiritual rejuvenation and hence this premise is hosted strictly for families and requests guest to avoid alcohol, Non-Veg and any illicit activities, as this is a very pious place.
