En-suite bedroom in Leopardstown near Luas stop

En-suite bedroom at a house in a very peaceful and good location at 3 min walk from Glencairn Luas stop. 20 min to city centre from Luas. Wonderful view from the window. The bedroom is at ground floor with an independent entry from side entrance of the house. There is no access to kitchen. The space The room and the bathroom are newly built, super clean and super view. Guest access The guests have access to the room and not to the main house and kitchen During your stay Some points to note - 1) Do not use hand sprayer bidet next to WC - it is for special needs and if not used without proper instructions can lead to leaks in the bathroom. 2) do not push down the plug in the sink. It sometimes could get stuck and needs patient tapping for a few minutes to get unplugged. If you want use hot water for shaving a there is a mug in the sink drawer 3) please do not throw and wet wipes, diapers or sanitary napkins into the WC as it could lead to blockage. Use the bins or bin bags provided in the cupboard for this. 4) In case you want to throw bigger rubbish (pizza boxes, etc.) you can do so in the big house bins in the driveway. You will find them close to the opposite side entrance of the house vs the one you have used to open the room. 5) if you haven’t come to Ireland before, then locking of the main door may seem strange. It’s a perfectly functioning door with standard Irish locking system. Follow Instructions on the air bnb app. You can also check videos on YouTube for in case you are not able to navigate - just search “how to operate an irish door lock”. 6) If the room feels too cold - please contact the host over Airbnb app - we can turn on the main heating for radiators.
