Green setting, absolutely quiet, on the edge of an olive grove and a pine forest. 5 m x 10 m swimming pool with alarm: floating mattress, pool games. Deckchairs, hammock, swing, double deckchair. Trampoline 4m20. Beautiful southwest-facing terrace, countryside view. 2nd terrace by the pool. Baby equipment on loan (baby bed, highchair, bathtub). Children's and adults' games. NEW IN 2025! - PARQUET flooring throughout the apartment (except bathrooms). Baseboards are in progress... - Air conditioning in the living room The space Apartment located on the 1st floor out of 2. Access via wide staircase. "Parents" bedroom: 180 bed, closet, chest of drawers, desk + chair. "Children's" bedroom: 140 bed in mezzanine, pull-out bed (2 x 90, side by side or separated), 90 bed. Note: In August, we will occupy (my husband and I + depending on the weeks, 1 or 2 of our adult children and 1 or 2 grandchildren) a home located next door. The swimming pool will then be shared with us. But it's big! 😊 And the experience of previous years has shown us that vacationers and we do not necessarily have the same daily rhythm and that with the outdoor activities (visits, sports activities, beach) of each other, it is quite rare in the end that we are together at the pool... but it can happen! The tables and chairs of the pool area (green in color, on one of the photos with the house in the background) will be reserved for us... but no worries that you enjoy the pool during our meals! ;-) And vacationers of course keep the large terrace for private use (photo with breakfast). Other things to note 1) Access to the pool: for the moment, it is through the "parents" room or by independent access from the vehicle parking area. The construction of a footbridge allowing direct access from the large terrace is scheduled for June 2025. 2) Our little cat Louna will stay in the premises during the weeks we are away. She stays away until she gets to know the occupants. We ask our vacationers to regularly fill her bowls with water and kibble (provided). For people allergic to cats or who come with their pet, possibility of blocking the cat flap. Louna will then have her bowls outside and access to the other apartment (by cat flap). 3) 10% discount for rentals of 7 to 13 days. 15% discount for rentals of 14 to 27 days (contact us: discount not recordable on the site). 20% discount for rentals of 28 days.
