Palomita is a modern furnished bungalow in the quiet urbanization of Villotel, just a 5-minute drive from Moraira and the beach. All on the ground floor with a living-dining room with A/C, equipped kitchen, a double room and a room with two single beds, both with A/C, and a bathroom with shower. The entrance leads into a small conservatory before opening into a cosy living and dining room. This inviting space is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning, and offers direct access to a charming balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening meals with a view. The well-equipped American kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the bungalow includes one double room and one twin room, both with air conditioning. A shared bathroom with a shower serves both bedrooms. For your enjoyment, the bungalow is part of a community that shares a large pool and children's pool area, located just a few metres away. With ample space for sunbathing, it's the perfect spot to relax and cool off. Additionally, the Alaire shopping centre is just 1 km away, where you'll find several supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to stock up on essentials and enjoy local dining.
