Chris and Liette’s beach house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located house. But most importantly, you will be surrounded by water: the beach in front (with private, direct access) and a salt marsh in the back. That means you have a view of the water out of every window. The salt marsh is perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding. They're available for rental for free (along with fatbikes) in front of the Sportek next door! Public beach is right around the corner. The space You'll first walk into an open space, on the first floor, with the living room, kitchen and dining room area. There's also a powder room, with washer and dryer, on that floor. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Outside: the beach is in front of the house, across the street. Our property goes all the way to the beach, up to the high tide mark. In the back, you'll enjoy a view of and access to the salt marsh. There's a small backyard and a patio, with a bbq. Guest access Everything except 2 locked closets and the garage.
