Bedrooms 1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, TV, air conditioning, nightstand, jacuzzi, makeup table, bathroom and sink. 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, TV, nightstand, air conditioning,  makeup table, bathroom and sink. Living Room:  The villa's living room has a sofa set, TV, internet, air conditioner, and coffee table. Kitchen: Our modern American kitchen has a dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. Pool and Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, swing. Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important thing we pay attention to for our guests is cleanliness. It is our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you clean. Our professional staff will clean it once a week. If you want extra cleaning, the attendants who look after our villa will provide cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. for a fee. The check-in time is 4 p.m. on the first day, and the check-out time is 10 a.m. on the last day. Please note that we will not be able to help you if you arrive earlier than your villa check-in time, as cleaning is performed in the interval between. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the villa. All our villas in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is unfortunately a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, and pests in the surroundings. We recommend that you bring a protective body spray with you to avoid any inconvenience. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas. Kalkan is a touristic neighborhood of Kaş, located on a slope due to its geographical location. You have to go uphill to reach all our summer houses located in Kalkan and surrounding villages.
