Original 6 Cabins, Cabin #6 has a private outdoor area with: -picnic table -charcoal BBQ pit -campfire ring -front porch with rocking chairs and bench The property has a community area nestled in a pecan grove with: -volleyball net -horseshoe pits -additional picnic tables -string lights Pricing is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per guest per night up to 8 guests. Pet fee is $50 per stay for ONE PET. An ADDITIONAL FEE of $20 per pet per night will be requested for each additional pet, maximum of 2 pets. 2 pets may require a damage deposit. Please contact our office for more information. Pets will be checked at check in. This cabin and property are part of the family-owned business, Frio River Cabins, which features six cabins, and a house spread across 26 acres. Guests have access to all 26 acres, in addition to an adjacent 50 acres that includes a primitive nature trail with a dry creek bed for exploration. Another one of our properties, The River Terrace, offers a deep swimming hole located downstream, approximately three-quarters of a mile from this cabin. You have complete access to that swimming area as well, whether by floating or driving. WHAT TO BRING: Pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, toiletries, lawn chairs and ice. We start you off with a few rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, please bring extra. Linens are supplied for an additional cost, excluding the peak season time period (late May, June, July) due to labor shortages in our rural area.
