Star gaze in the luxurious therapeutic Jacuzzi spa, cook dinners on the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor dining area and fire table. Please note the deck is not covered. Access to amenities including hot tub may be weather permitting. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with high quality brands. Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart ice cream/gelato machine, Fable dinnerware, Crate & Barrel wine glasses and Heritage The Rock cookware. Sleep cozy in our 3-bedroom home with cooling gel memory foam mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, linens and duvets. Always keep entertained! Fun family board games (Monopoly, Scrabble, Boggle, table football), outdoor lawn games (corn hole, Giant Jenga), stream with Netflix/Amazon Video, reading/art books and much more! The home is meant for respectful families and guests. Guest access Guests will have full access of the main floor and the entire outdoor property. There will be no access to the garage/loft area and basement. Guests under the age of 16 are NOT permitted in the hot tub under any circumstances. ALL guests MUST agree and adhere to the hot tub waiver prior and agree to follow ALL house rules prior to booking. Other things to note Interested in a winery tour? The listing is set for 6 guests however, the house can comfortably accommodate 2 more. If you would like to add guests, they must be registered through Airbnb with an extra fee ($50 per guest, per night). A queen sized air mattress, duvet and linens will be made available to them. Sorry, NO parties and/or pets allowed at property. Failure to abide will result in a monetary fine and/or removal on property.
