Lovely house by the sea in Hovenäset.

Welcome to our super fresh and completely oceanfront house in beautiful Hovenäset. Hovenäset is a charming, small and quiet traditional Bohuslän village a few kilometers from Kungshamn and Smögen. An outdoor area with good exercise and walking paths connects the towns with each other. By car, you can reach Smögen in eight minutes and you can cycle, on our eighties bikes, to Kungshamn in 15. Bohus Malmön is also very close. Our house is very close to Hovenäset's swimming area. The house is rented on a weekly basis. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire residential floor and terraces, i.e. what is shown in the pictures. The terraces have a private location. The basement, with a separate entrance, may be used by the owner during the rental period. Laundry room, with separate entrance, is shared.
