The Lodge in beautiful North Wales & near Chester

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by amazing views, including Hope Mountain one side and the remains of the old viaduct nestled in amongst trees the other side. Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running. The space The Lodge is set within the grounds of our home, the space is situated above our garage and provides open plan living accommodation. The bed is a 5' double bed. There is ample parking on the gravel to the side of the garage. The entry is accessed via some steps then onto a wooden slope. There is Wifi. There is also a travel cot and we can provide a high chair upon request. We have recently moved to North Wales so we are still learning about this beautiful part of the world. The trickle of the near by stream provides an ongoing sense of tranquility.The views from The Lodge are stunning. You should come see for yourself! We are only next door if you need us, so we are always on hand. This is the perfect setting for a peaceful break away. Guest access The Lodge and parking for up to 2 cars. You are welcome to take our enchanting steps up into the wild garden at the back of the house, where the chorus of crickets and grass hoppers will accompany you on a hot day, up to the view from the Dove cote, breath taking! This will be at your own risk, they are old steps so please be careful when using them. Use the gravel part of the step to retain a better footing. They are very slippy when wet so please do not attempt on a wet day. Other things to note We love well behaved dogs :) The maximum is 2 dogs for The Lodge. There is a fee of £16 per dog which will be added to your booking. If there are 2 dogs then the second charge will be sent via extra charges.
