Ludwigsburg: central location in the countryside, near the castle

Lovingly renovated and furnished, light-flooded 3-room apartment near (10-15 minutes walk) the Blühenden Barock, the Märchengarten and the Baroque Residenzschloss in Ludwigsburg. Central yet quiet area in a very popular location between the center and the Schlösslesfeld district. It is about a 20 minutes' walk. There is a beautiful, idyllic beer garden nearby. New is a Netflix account The space It is always very important to us to keep our apartment sparkling clean and well maintained. In the current times with uncertainties due to the coronavirus and hygiene compliance, it is all the more important for us that our guests feel safe and comfortable with us and that we clean and disinfect everything even more thoroughly than usual. Bed linen and towels are therefore washed hot accordingly. The apartment has a living room with a breakfast corner, 2 bedrooms (one with a large balcony), spacious entrance area, state-of-the-art bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, towel dryer (radiator on the wall), dressing table and a small balcony. There is also a separate toilet. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. At the moment there is no cooking facility in the small kitchen corner, but there is a microwave to warm up food. There is a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Guest access The guests have the whole, separate apartment on the upper floor of approx. 70 square meters at their disposal. It is accessible via a separate entrance via the stairwell. The apartment has a large balcony on the south side, which can be shaded with an awning. Other things to note Bed linens, shower towels, hand towels, shower gel and shampoo are available in the apartment. Also a couple of drinks in the fridge as well as tea and coffee pads. I can gladly get some groceries for you on request, so that a small selection is available in the fridge upon your arrival. Parking on the street on weekdays is subject to a charge. Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays.
