A glass door opens up to a balcony overlooking Beare Park, right on the shimmering Sydney harbour, with beautiful views of the water and Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) – the same view that can be enjoyed when seated at the table inside. Block-out blinds over the balcony door and windows help control the light. A separate floor-tiled kitchen comes complete with stone bench-tops, a Westinghouse dishwasher, 2-burner electric stove, microwave oven and a good-sized fridge/freezer. The apartment’s bathroom has been updated with a roomy shower recess, new sink and vanity. Full laundry facilities are located in the basement for $3/cycle. Building amenities include a swimming pool and a shared outdoor entertaining area with a barbecue. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. * Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
