This condo is decked out with board games, foosball table, & bunk beds that both have their own tv. The oversized patio is a fantastic place to hang out overlooking the pool & ocean. This may be the size of a hotel but offers so much more! Other things to note The Victorian has a strictly enforced limit on occupancy in the units. You must have 6 people or less, regardless of age, or they will not sell you a parking pass or accommodate you. This is a gated complex and upon arrival, check-in with the front desk. The parking pass for this property is $40 for stays of 1-14 days and $80 for stays of 15-30 days and covers 2 vehicles. They will give you the gate code, parking pass, pool bands, and Wi-Fi credentials. Parking is open parking underneath the building. We do not restock towels during stays like a hotel. There are shared laundry areas in the building that guests use to wash the stocked towels. If you do not want to wash while here then plan to bring extra bath towels. To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. This is thoughtfully stocked to comfortably get you through the first 2–3 days of your stay. For longer stays, just like at home, you'll be responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the initial supply runs out.
