Dream house on the Caribbean Sea!

We rent out a holiday home located directly on the sea in a fantastic environment. The property is located in a small complex called "Cala Linda". This includes 16 houses, but each house is located on a spacious garden plot that lives up to personal privacy. Some German owners and holiday guests live there all year round. A professional security service has been ensuring security for years. The space The fully furnished holiday villa has 2 bedrooms, which are equipped with air conditioning, each with a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin, a bright, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator including freezer, gas stove with oven and a pantry, as well as a spacious living room and a guest toilet. A free internet flat rate is available. The fully equipped kitchen ensures self-catering without any problems. The spacious, mostly covered terrace offers stunning views over the Caribbean Sea. This leads to a high living or quality of life outdoors at typical annual temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. Floor or ceiling fans are available in the house and on the terrace. The centerpiece of the well-kept and lovingly designed approx. 1,200 m² garden with typical plants is the large clean feel-good pool. Each vacation home has its own pool. The pool and garden are regularly maintained. The beach is natural and, depending on the weather, sandy or rocky. The sea has a partly strong current/surf depending on the weather and should therefore only be used by experienced swimmers. We recommend sturdy beach shoes. A German- and Spanish-speaking manager (born in Munich) based on site offers cleaning and laundry services (for a fee) with her staff and ensures the comfort of our guests. For laundry, it should be noted that 2 towels and 2 bath towels are provided free of charge per person per week, as well as bed linen and pillowcases per week. If you want more towels, bath towels or bed linen or want to change them, no problem, our house manager Christine washes, dries and delivers them folded, even your personal laundry for a fee in your vacation home. In the Dominican Republic, there is no guaranteed 24-hour mains power supply. If necessary, the power can be switched off between noon and evening! The emergency power supply (batteries) available in the house will supply you with electricity for up to 24 hours. When activating the emergency power system, devices that are not necessary in the short term or during the day, such as hot water treatment for bathing in the house or fans that have no use, should not be switched on in order not to unnecessarily reduce the storage capacity! The high-quality, solidly built vacation homes (German architect standard) are located in the Dominican Republic in a very nice area about 70 km west of the capital Santo Domingo. The nearest shopping town Bani with approx. 40,000 inhabitants is about 5 km away, the connecting road is a bit rocky and to be used at a moderate speed. Here you can get everything for everyday needs (shopping center with European standard) and is easily accessible with a rental car. The direct location on the beach is unique. The bay is kilometers long, almost deserted and without mass tourism. From here you can explore the south of the Dominican Republic. The property management can help organize excursions on request. Guest access You rent the entire property, so there are no restrictions on the property.
