In this open floor plan, the kitchen opens into a sitting room with seating for a crowd, oversized TV and bright transom windows and skylights. Enjoy shared meals in the spacious dining room which features a custom built, live edge table with seating for up to a dozen, and a gorgeous glass wall with a panoramic view of the home’s yard with mature landscaping. This home offers eight bedrooms. The first level has five bedrooms (three bedrooms with king sized beds and two bedrooms with queen sized beds). The second level has three bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There are three fully updated bathrooms, two on the main level and one upstairs. During your stay, you will enjoy other desirable amenities such as central air-conditioning, full-size laundry washer and dryer, ten parking spaces, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach and TVs in every room! The back yard has a fabulous private stone patio for gathering around the firepit, grilling some fresh summer food, or dining at the open table. Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels.
