PEACE and QUIET await you in this updated home that is only steps from the water! Parking for 4+ cars and NO STAIRS! The lakeside of the main house has over-sized doors and windows to fully enjoy the view of the lake. Though the best spot is found on the covered patio enjoying the lake breeze and the majestic beauty of HaHa Tonka State Park. The guest cottage is right next door and offers one bedroom, a bathroom, & small kitchen/living area. Perfect for kayaking, swimming, fishing, and RELAXING! Feel free to use our private dock. Bring your wave-runner or boat. The dock is equipped with a covered wave runner lift or tie your boat up to the dockside. Larry R. Gale Public Access ramp is the closest public launch ramp. The water level at the dock is typically between 40-50” which makes it perfect for young swimmers and kayaking enthusiasts. We do encourage you to bring inflatables and water shoes for swimming as the lake floor is mud. In the evening, gather around the firepit and share family time and stories. You may never want to leave, but if you do, you can take in the beauty of nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park, golf, shopping, amphitheater, or many local restaurants. Staying in?
