The house is on two floors: on the ground floor, there is the eat-in kitchen and a large veranda with a sofa and armchair for relaxing and a table and chairs for your outdoor dinners. Upstairs, a large atrium, the bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, the bedrooms: two double rooms with air conditioning, and one with two single beds. From some rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, from others a glimpse of the narrow and characteristic streets of Modolo. Other things to note We ask you to specify a few days before your arrival if you would like a double room or a room with two single beds to be prepared. We remind you that in Modolo there is a door-to-door separate collection of waste; therefore you will not find the bins in the streets, but you will have bins inside the apartment (intended respectively for plastic, glass, organic) that must be taken out, on the sidewalk, the evening before the day scheduled for collection, according to the calendar provided by the Municipality.
